Marksman Security is looking for a Licensed Security Site Supervisor for a warehouse location in Tracy who is a proven leader for ensuring the safety, security, and compliance of all personnel, property, and operations within a warehouse environment. This position blends security management with oversight of warehouse operations, requiring both operational knowledge and strong supervisory skills. Minimum of two years in a security supervisory capacity.

The supervisor serves as the primary on‑site security leader, coordinating security staff, enforcing safety protocols, and preventing unauthorized access. Supervisors work closely with warehouse management to integrate security measures into day‑to‑day operations. Ability to lead teams, make quick decisions, and communicate clearly with staff. We are managing a team of 8‑10 security professionals and expecting work that may involve crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, etc for extended periods.
