Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Screen employees, visitors, packages, and/or personal belongings at designated access points in support of site entry procedures and other security-related protocols;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed;
Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry into operational and restricted areas within the distribution location;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with work environments and conditions varying by location
