Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access;
Monitor access to the food and beverage distribution location, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and maintain accurate visitor and vehicle records;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Observe truck, trailer, and delivery activity at designated areas, report irregularities, and follow site procedures for access control and incident reporting
