Job Title: Part-Time Roof Technician – Roof Maxx & Roof Repair

Location: Tracy / Stockton, CA (Preferred area for operations)

About Us: We are a California residential roofing services company providing Roof Maxx rejuvenation and minor roof repair services. We care about quality, safety, and excellent customer experience.

Job Summary: We’re hiring a part-time Roof Technician to support Roof Maxx applications and basic roof repair services. This is a flexible role with predictable scheduling, typically 1-2 days per week, Monday through Friday, 20-40 hours/week depending on season and job volume.

• Perform Roof Maxx applications and follow all safety protocols
• Assist with minor roof repairs (shingle replacement, small patching)
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Keep equipment and vehicle clean and stocked
• Communicate with office staff daily about schedule and parts/materials

• Experience in roofing, roof repair, construction or similar preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working on roofs in a safe manner
• Strong communication and reliability
• Roofing certifications or training a plus

• Part-Time, Monday-Friday
• 20–40 hrs/week
• Stable schedule provided in advance
• Pay based on experience with opportunity for higher rate if skilled in roof repair

Bonus: Technicians who can confidently handle repairs beyond basic Roof Maxx support will be compensated at a higher rate.

Storage/Vehicle Notes: The van and materials (including a stored tote) will be kept in a secured site near Tracy/Stockton — NOT at the technician’s home. The technician may drive the van home as needed or access the location for scheduled jobs.
