Forklift Driver – Shipping and Receiving Department

We're looking for reliable Forklift Drivers to support our Shipping and Receiving Department at a leading Corrugated Packaging Company in Stockton. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity to grow your career in a supportive work environment.

As a valued member of our team, your day will be filled with varied and important tasks, including:

• Loading and Unloading:
  Safely unload incoming trailers and load outgoing trailers with finished products, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
• Order Selecting:
  Use an RF scanner to efficiently select orders, ensuring that products are picked correctly and ready for shipment.
• Product Verification:
  Double-check products against order documentation to maintain accuracy and avoid errors.
• Forklift Operation:
  Safely operate a Hyster propane sit-down forklift to move materials and products throughout the facility.
• Maintain an Organized Workspace:
  Keep staging areas neat and hazard-free to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
• Team Support:
  Collaborate with your teammates to meet daily goals and maintain a smooth shipping and receiving process.

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience, preferably with sit-down propane forklifts. Clamp forklift experience is a bonus!
• Strong attention to detail to ensure orders are accurate and properly verified.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and stacking materials as needed.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
