Supervise daily inventory control functions including cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and adjustments;
Ensure inventory accuracy meets or exceeds company standards and KPIs;
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions;
Monitor and maintain system integrity (WMS/RF systems) to ensure accurate inventory transactions;
Partner with Operations to support proper receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping practices
