Distribution Center IC​/QC Supervisor

The IC/QC Supervisor is responsible for leading all inventory control and quality control functions within the distribution center. This role ensures inventory accuracy, process compliance, and product quality standards are consistently met to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The IC/QC Supervisor drives root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and team development while partnering closely with Operations, Transportation, and Corporate partners.

What You'll Do

* Supervise daily inventory control functions including cycle counts, audits,

reconciliations, and adjustments.

* Ensure inventory accuracy meets or exceeds company standards and KPIs.

* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and

implementing corrective actions.

* Monitor and maintain system integrity (WMS/RF systems) to ensure accurate

inventory transactions.

* Partner with Operations to support proper receiving, put-away, picking, and

shipping practices.

* Ensure compliance with company quality standards and vendor compliance

requirements.

* Conduct routine associate observations

* Supervise, coach, and develop IC/QC associates

* Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.

* Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing feedback and development.

* Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve accuracy, reduce shrink,

and increase efficiency.

* Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on inventory accuracy, shrink,

damages, and quality metrics.

* Support physical inventories and special projects.

* Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and

regulatory requirements.

* Promote and maintain a safe working environment.

What You'll Bring

* High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree

preferred.

* 3-5+ years of distribution center or warehouse experience.

* 1-3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in IC/QC preferred.

* Experience in retail distribution and high-volume environments strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time

* Ability to lift, up to 75lbs.

* Temperatures in the warehouse vary with the seasons, dress appropriately!

Pay Range for the Distribution Center IC/QC Supervisor in CA -$77,000-$87,000 Annually

Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
