• The Warehouse Associate performs essential warehouse duties to support inventory integrity, order processing, and general shipping and receiving.
• This role operates in a dynamic warehouse atmosphere that includes a customer‑facing component.
• You will be responsible for picking, packing, staging, and shipping orders, while maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.

• Focus heavily on preparing, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle standard shipping processes and coordinate Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and other powered industrial (PI) equipment.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory, pick orders, and maintain stock integrity.
• Interact professionally with clients or carriers in a customer‑facing capacity during order pickups or drop-offs.
• Use warehouse management systems and computer software to log data, print labels, and track shipments.
• Perform general maintenance duties to ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in Picking and Packing, sense of urgency, and warehouse.
• 2+ years of experience operating RF scanners, forklifts, and reach trucks/PI equipment.

• Customer service.
• Solid background in general shipping procedures and LTL shipping methods.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and shipping software.

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
