Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor ensures the smooth and efficient operations of the warehouse department.

Function in the JobMedium/Heavy work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Job Function- Responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and directing all production, receiving, and shipping activities daily, as well as disposition of returned or non‑conforming material in a timely manner.
- The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all warehouse employee’s safety and job training including new employees.
- The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for efficient coordination of all warehouse production equipment operation and maintenance.
- The Warehouse Supervisor participates in employee time keeping, employee growth and development, performance reviews, discipline and company policy compliance, and has an input on the hiring process of new personnel.
- Must be First Aid & CPR certified.
- Should be able to act as Operations Manager in his absence as well as be a fill-in for the dispatcher role as needed.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the physical inventory.
- Interaction with customers, vendors, and contractors.
- Aid in ordering basic warehouse supplies such as spray paint, wood dunnage, skids, and boxes.
Knowledge:
- Must be dependable, reliable, with good attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, problem solving, analytical and technical skills.
Skills:
- Language skills:
Must have sufficient language skills to allow for direct communication with coworkers, warehouse personnel, customers, vendors, and contractors on a regular basis. Must have technical writing ability. - Mathematical skills:
Must possess high school level math proficiency. - Reasoning ability:
Must be able to demonstrate advanced problem-solving techniques. Must be able to understand and translate technical data into clear instructions. Must be able to work independently and deal with problems involving multiple variables. - Be able to work in any area of the warehouse and operate any production equipment within the warehouse operation efficiently.

Compensation RangeThe anticipated compensation for this position is USD $27.00/Hr.
- USD $28.00/Hr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
