Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Stocking, Forklift Operator
Responsibilities
- Receive, stock and unload inbound shipments; determine appropriate storage locations and document quantities.
- Maintain inventory controls: collect stock location orders, print requests, record received amounts, and perform physical inventory counts.
- Operate manual dollies, platform lifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and hand tools safely.
- Perform visual inspections to identify damage to equipment and materials.
- Stock, arrange, and rotate warehouse items according to standard operating procedures or supervisor guidance.
- Prepare orders: pick correct products and quantities, pack and weigh where necessary, match invoices to shipping labels.
- Stage materials, prepare shipping paperwork, and utilize voice-directed picking equipment with headset.
- Adhere to safety and security procedures, meet accuracy and productivity expectations, and assist other warehouse departments as needed.

Work EnvironmentWarehouse with variable noise levels, lighting, and temperature. Exposure to forklifts, dust, gas fumes, and vibrations.
Physical DemandsMust move around a large, fast-paced warehouse for 8+ hours, lift or carry up to 75 lbs frequently, stand or walk on concrete, bend, squat, climb and reach, use hands for grasping.
Expected HoursMonday–Friday, standard operating hours. Flexibility required for overtime, evenings, and weekends.

Required Education, Experience & Skills- Read, write and communicate effectively in English.
- Minimum 18 years old.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years related experience.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, independence, cooperative work relations.
- Basic math, reading, voice comprehension.
- Read packs, order labels and match data.
- Maintain regular attendance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience with RF equipment.
- Knowledge of general warehouse layout, item identification, warehouse procedures, and storage areas for picking.

Pay RangeStarting hourly rate: $17.50. Salary based on experience, location, education, and skills.
