Overview We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including order packing, shipping, inventory management, and customer interaction. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
This position includes a customer-facing component and requires experience with warehouse equipment and RF scanning systems. Responsibilities

Accurately pack, prepare, and ship outgoing orders
Handle shipping processes, including coordination of Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments
Pick, stage, and process orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and other powered industrial equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock integrity
Assist customers and carriers during pickups and deliveries in a professional manner
Perform data entry, print shipping labels, and track shipments using computer systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Support general warehouse duties and inventory control processes

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1 2 years of hands-on warehouse experience
Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and RF scanners
Knowledge of shipping processes, including LTL shipments
Basic computer skills for data entry and shipping systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively in a customer-facing setting
Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
