Brief Description
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate processing of products and data through the warehouse. At the core, you must be proficient on multiple types of material handling equipment and accurate with all forms of recordkeeping both written and transacted. This role is part of our ‘skill progression’ program where compensation is tied to mastery of knowledge, skills, and performance.
You will work with your supervisor to track progress towards advancement and retention of this.
This position reports to the 2nd Shift, which operates Monday through Friday from 3:30pm - 12:00am.
How you will make an impact in this role:- Maintain accurate and timely records of material movements both written and transacted
- Unload floor-stacked containers onto pallets and stack them in the proper configuration
- Prepare pallets of product for transport including stretch-wrapping and labeling
- Move pallets of product from the staging area to the proper storage bins
- Perform internal movement of pallets between storage bins
- Pick and prepare customer orders according to picklist following all relevant information
- Repair, unpack, repack, and label product
- Perform assigned facilities maintenance duties and comply with facility cleaning schedule
- Working knowledge of computer operations
- Proficiency in communicating with others in both written and spoken.
- Mathematical skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Operating skills on various material handling equipment.
- Self-Directed and able to set priority based on the work available or work required.
- Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
- Warehouse Employees must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move 10 to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/ or move 25 to 40 pounds

Compensation Range$21.25 hourly, consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. ACR reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
