K&R Staffing is seeking a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Warehouse Laborer for a lumber and wood products company in Stockton, Alabama .

This is not a light-duty warehouse position. This is a labor-intensive, physically demanding job that requires working both indoors and outdoors in changing weather.

When it's hot, it's hot. When it's cold, it's cold. You will be moving, lifting, stacking, sorting, and handling lumber throughout your shift.

This position is not for the weak. We are looking for someone who is physically capable, dependable, hardworking, and ready to work.

• Sort lumber and wood products into the appropriate bins and storage areas
• Load and unload lumber and materials from trucks
• Lift, move, carry, and stack wood throughout the shift
• Organize lumber and maintain designated storage areas
• Assist with receiving incoming shipments
• Perform general warehouse and lumber yard labor
• Keep the warehouse, yard, and work areas clean and organized
• Work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions
• Follow all company safety procedures

• Must be comfortable performing physically demanding manual labor
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and move lumber repeatedly
• Must be willing and able to work outside in the heat and cold
• Comfortable being on your feet and active throughout the shift
• Dependable and able to report to scheduled shifts on time
• Strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse, lumber yard, construction, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus
