💷 Salary: £37,592.53 plus potential overtime
⏰ Working Hours: 2 on 4 off. 8am-11pm plus sleep
Service: Children’s Residential Home
Service Users: PSB/SHB
Qualifications

Required:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience

Required:

Minimum 1 year in residential childcare
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

• Young People’s Needs: EBD, LD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE, PSB

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You will be leading shifts, supporting young people in their daily activities, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.

• ✔️ Strong leadership skills
• ✔️ Ability to build positive relationships with young people
• ✔️ Resilience, motivation, and adaptability
• ✔️ Understanding of safeguarding and care planning
• ✔️ Good IT and record-keeping skills
• ✔️ Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
