We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Family Support Worker to join our team. This role is central to building strong relationships with families, supporting through challenges, and helping children achieve their full potential.

• Provide practical and emotional support to families.
• Work with families to improve attendance, punctuality and engagement.
• Act as a deputy safeguarding lead for family‑related concerns.
• Coordinate Early Help assessments and multi‑agency support.
• Deliver parent workshops and signpost families to local services.
