Early Years Practitioner – Stoke & Staffordshire
Flexible Day-to-Day and Long-Term Opportunities
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire & surrounding areas
Pay: £115 – £140 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Flexible, short-term, or long-term assignments
Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Early Years Practitioners to support nurseries and primary school early years settings across Stoke and Staffordshire.
You’ll play a key role in helping young children develop socially, emotionally, and academically, providing high-quality care and support to give them the best start in life.
What You’ll DoDeliver stimulating early years activities
Support learning and development across the EYFS framework
Foster positive relationships with children and staff
Help maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
Provide day-to-day cover across different classes and settings
Years Practitioner qualification
Confident, calm, and proactive approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting young children
DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
