Location: Stoke-on-Trent
A children's residential care provider in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Deputy Manager to support young people aged 8–17 with emotional and behavioral difficulties. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to lead daily operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding practices. Essential qualifications include Level 3 in Children & Young Persons Workforce and experience in Ofsted-registered settings.
