Sapphire-Minton Nursery is looking for enthusiastic, caring, and creative Early Years Practitioners Level 3 to join our friendly team! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development in a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality childcare and early years education for children aged 0–5 years.
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative activities that stimulate learning and development.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Build strong, professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Uphold safeguarding, health, and safety standards at all times.
- Ongoing professional development and training.
