A private couple is looking for a highly experienced, humble and capable housekeeper to travel with them between their homes in Europe and the United States. This is a rare opportunity to be based in some of the world's most sought-after addresses, including a mountain home in the Swiss Alps, an apartment overlooking Central Park in New York, a prime central London residence, an apartment at the foot of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, and a home on the island of St.

Thomas in the Caribbean.

This is a sole-charge role: for most of the year, you will be the only member of staff in residence, working alongside existing staff at the couple's homes in France and London. When the couple is not staying at a particular property, the pace there is quiet; when you travel with them to a residence, you take full charge of running that home for the duration of their stay.

The role covers housekeeping to an exceptional standard, wardrobe and garment care, preparing and serving meals for the couple, shopping, and running errands. Entertaining is infrequent and limited to small dinner parties of up to six guests. There are no children or pets. The year follows a regular pattern, with extended stays in the Swiss Alps, New York, London, and the Loire Valley, and shorter visits to Paris, Lake Como, and St.

Thomas.
