Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Merlin is seeking a Hotel Receptionist at the Alton Towers Resort, located in Stoke-on-Trent. This role requires flexibility to work shifts 5 out of 7 days, with early and late patterns. Receptionists play a vital role in guest relations, handling issues and providing excellent service to ensure every guest experiences a warm welcome.
