About the Role

Our hotels are open 24/7 and our first‑class customer service never stops. As a Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service throughout the night, working alongside the night team, thinking on your feet, proactively solving problems and supporting all departments.

• Ensure customers receive exceptional service throughout the night.
• Work alongside the night team, thinking on your feet and solving problems proactively.
• Support all departments and be versatile across the hotel.
• Be involved in every step of the customer journey, from check‑in, to preparing room‑service orders and serving at the bar.
• Resolve guest issues efficiently and positively.
• Work on your own initiative.
• Know what a good job looks like.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with all departments.

• Relevant experience in a hotel hospitality or customer service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Positive, proactive attitude.

£24,269 per year - estimated (part‑time).
