About the Role
Our hotels are open 24/7 and our first‑class customer service never stops. As a Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service throughout the night, working alongside the night team, thinking on your feet, proactively solving problems and supporting all departments.
Responsibilities- Ensure customers receive exceptional service throughout the night.
- Work alongside the night team, thinking on your feet and solving problems proactively.
- Support all departments and be versatile across the hotel.
- Be involved in every step of the customer journey, from check‑in, to preparing room‑service orders and serving at the bar.
- Resolve guest issues efficiently and positively.
- Work on your own initiative.
- Know what a good job looks like.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with all departments.
- Relevant experience in a hotel hospitality or customer service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Positive, proactive attitude.
£24,269 per year - estimated (part‑time).
