As Meetings and Events Operations Manager, you are responsible for working alongside the General Manager and Sales team to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch, checking that your team have completed their allocated tasks to enable our guests to have an outstanding time.

This is a fast-paced role where you will need to think on your feet and solve problems before they happen so we need a proactive and confident individual. Not only that but delivering a seamless conference & meeting experience also needs to be in your make up.

• Work alongside the General Manager and Sales team to ensure that events run smoothly and guests have an outstanding experience.
• Lead and supervise the Events team, ensuring allocated tasks are completed.
• Think on your feet, solve problems proactively and maintain a calm, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver a seamless conference and meeting experience.
