IBIS London City Shoreditch is seeking a Front Office Team Member to deliver a warm welcome and guest-focused service. The role is part-time and permanent, with 23.4 hours per week and a start date of 1/08/2026.
You will be the face of the hotel in the lobby, ensuring exceptional greetings and farewells and supporting bar and F&B tasks as needed. Ideal candidates have English fluency, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
