The Arts Club is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver an exceptional standard of service to members and guests. You will support colleagues across departments and uphold our reputation for excellence.
You will manage enquiries, reservations, in-room dining requests, and ensure rooms and public areas meet the highest standards, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Health & Safety procedures.
