Cairn Group is seeking a Reservations Coordinator for The Gantry Hotel London. You will be the first friendly contact for guests, handling enquiries and reservations while ensuring a seamless booking experience.
Responsibilities include managing bookings end-to-end, coordinating with Sales, M&E and Revenue teams, and maintaining accurate guest information to maximise occupancy and guest satisfaction.
