As a Decorator, you will be responsible for a variety of decorating tasks across our premises, ensuring a high standard of finish and maintaining the aesthetic appeal.

This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment for our visitors. You will work both independently and as part of a small team, managing your workload efficiently and to a high standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Decorator to contribute to the upkeep and presentation of our state-of-the-art properties.

Proven experience as a Decorator or in a similar role.

Proficiency in a range of decorating techniques and the ability to use associated tools and equipment.

Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Good understanding of health and safety practices within a building environment.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Ability to follow instructions and work to specifications.

Preparing surfaces for painting and decorating, including filling cracks, sanding, and priming.

Applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and woodwork using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.

Adhering to decorating specifications and instructions.

Carrying out minor repairs to plaster work and woodwork as required.

Maintaining a clean and tidy work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly.

Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Working collaboratively with other members of the Facilities team.
