Multi Trade Plumber

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to begin work for a well-established contractor.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for completing full bathroom refurbishments from rip-out through to final finish, working in occupied properties and delivering high-quality workmanship with a strong focus on customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete full bathroom refurbishments from start to finish

* Remove existing bathroom fixtures and fittings

* Install baths, showers, basins, toilets, and other sanitary ware

* Fit pipework, wastes, taps, valves, and water connections

* Tile bathroom walls to a high standard

* Install bathroom flooring (vinyl, laminate, tiles, or similar)

* Carry out patch plastering and make good walls and ceilings

* Complete basic joinery and sealing works to achieve a professional finish

* Undertake painting and decorating works where required

* Ensure all works are completed in line with quality standards and Health & Safety procedures

* Identify and report any additional works or repair requirements to the supervisor

* Work efficiently and respectfully within tenants’ homes, maintaining excellent customer service at all times

About You:

Essential Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Multi Trader, ideally within social housing or residential environments

* Strong bathroom refurbishment experience

* Ability to carry out plumbing, tiling, basic joinery, plastering, and decorating

* High standard of workmanship and attention to detail

* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

* Strong customer-facing skills
