Plumber

Location: Stoke-On-Trent

An established, multi-disciplinary HVAC contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join its mechanical division covering the North West. This is a hands-on role suited to a plumber who enjoys being on the tools and working across a varied portfolio of commercial sites. You'll be part of a growing mechanical team delivering plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance services to a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial properties Diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic water services, sanitaryware, pipework and associated systems Installation, repair and replacement of plumbing systems and components Mechanical maintenance works within plant rooms and building services environments Supporting small works and minor project installations Completing all paperwork and compliance documentation accurately Providing a high standard of customer service at all times Essential Requirements Served a recognised plumbing apprenticeship or equivalent Proven experience within commercial plumbing environments Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Experience working on domestic water systems, pipework, pumps, valves and associated plant Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Good communication and customer-facing skills Full UK Driving Licence Willingness to work overtime when required

Desirable Requirements Commercial Gas qualifications (ACS) Experience working on commercial heating systems HVAC or broader mechanical services experience Any additional mechanical or building services qualifications As the mechanical division continues to develop, there may be periods where workloads are quieter than those found within larger, more established departments.
