Electrical Site Manager – New Build Housing & Low-Rise Apartments

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Duration: 60-Week Project

Start - Immediate

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Site Manager to oversee the electrical installation works on a 60-week residential development in Stoke-on-Trent, comprising new build houses and low-rise apartment blocks
.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and growing team, playing a key role in delivering a high-quality residential project safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day electrical installation works on site.
  • Supervise and coordinate electricians, subcontractors, and labour.
  • Ensure works are completed in line with programme deadlines and quality standards.
  • Liaise with the main contractor, project managers, clients, and other trades.
  • Carry out site inspections and quality checks.
  • Ensure compliance with current health and safety legislation and company procedures.
  • Order and manage materials and plant as required.
  • Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
  • Resolve on-site issues efficiently to maintain project momentum.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager, ideally within residential new build developments.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and current regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple work fronts and subcontractors.
  • Good communication skills with clients, site teams, and management.
  • ECS/CSCS card.
  • First Aid at Work (preferred).
  • 18th Edition and/or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (preferred).
  • Full UK driving licence.
