Overview
Were on the hunt for a proactive Automation Service Engineer to join our fast-growing team! Youll work across social housing and commercial contracts, tackling everything from reactive callouts to planned maintenance and installations on automatic doors, gates, and barriers.
- Location:
Field Based. Birmingham/ Stoke. - Hours:
40 hours per week. Monday
- Friday 8:30- 17:00
Please note this role is a permanent opportunity, please do not apply if looking for subcontractor work. Vehicle provided! Must have a UK Manual driving license.
What You'll Be Doing- Responding to urgent call-outs and fixing faults fast
- Carrying out installs, servicing & maintenance
- Surveying and inspecting automated systems
- Logging jobs with clear, detailed info
- Following strict health & safety standards
- Keeping timesheets up to date
- Being flexible overtime and on-call rota available
- ADSA or ADIA accredited
- 3+ years working with automatic doors & gates
- Full UK Driving License
- Positive, flexible, and customer-first mindset
- Great communicator with strong attention to detail
- A logical thinker who loves solving technical challenges
- Pride in your work and committed to quality
