Location: Stoke-on-Trent
HVAC Recruitment is seeking a Caretaker/Maintenance Technician in Southampton, to cover a secure healthcare facility. The role handles general building upkeep with responsibilities across trades and routine preventive maintenance.
You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with potential overtime and call-out earnings. Salary up to £32,000 plus overtime, reflecting experience in FM or similar settings.
