Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Upfront Recruitment is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Lead based in Bedfordshire, with travel to commercial sites across the region. The role combines technical hands-on work with leadership responsibilities and offers a base salary of £48,000 plus door-to-door pay, a company van and fuel card.
You will mentor engineers, deliver planned maintenance and reactive repairs, and maintain high customer service standards across a portfolio of commercial properties.
