Job Title: SMART Repair Technician
Location: Hanley
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for a skilled and motivated SMART Repair Technician to join Holdcroft Motor Group in Hanley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and delivering exceptional workmanship.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of cosmetic and body repairs, ensuring all vehicles are repaired to the highest manufacturer and company standards.
Your Role- Carry out SMART repairs to manufacturer standards
- Strip and refit vehicle components safely and efficiently
- Complete panel repairs on damaged vehicles
- Prepare vehicles for paintwork
- Paint and polish repaired panels to a high-quality finish
- Carry out alloy wheel refurbishments
- Inspect completed work to ensure excellent quality and finish
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets
- Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed on time
- Competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

- Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician
- Experience stripping and refitting vehicle components
- Skilled in panel repairs, vehicle preparation, painting and polishing
- Experience carrying out SMART repairs and alloy wheel refurbishments
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Full UK driving licence
