Job Title: Carpenter (Rockclad Cladding Specialist)

Duration: 6 weeks (Temporary Contract)

Rate: Competitive hourly/daily rate (Dependent on experience)

We are looking for an experienced, precise, and reliable Carpenter for a 6-week contract on a commercial development in Stoke-on-Trent.

The primary focus of this role is the installation of the Rockclad Cladding System (high-durability exterior compressed rockwool panels). You will be responsible for ensuring the sub-frames, fixing systems, and cladding panels are installed to absolute specification, maintaining perfect lines and weather-tight seals.

• Setting out and installing timber or aluminum support frameworks/sub-structures.

• Accurately cutting, shaping, and installing Rockclad cladding panels.

• Working to architectural drawings and manufacturer installation guidelines.

• Ensuring all joint details, flashings, and fixings meet strict quality control and weatherproofing standards.

• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment at height.
