Communicate professionally with customers, keeping them informed of progress and any issues arising on site. Work closely with the Service Manager and engineering team to coordinate service activities and resolve technical issues.

Maintain company tools, equipment, PPE and any allocated service vehicle in good condition. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, service delivery and customer satisfaction. Undertake relevant product training and support colleagues when required. About You We are looking for an engineer with strong mechanical aptitude, a methodical approach to fault-finding and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
