Bilingual AP Specialist

Vaco has partnered with a growing organization to identify an Accounts Payable Specialist who will support high‑volume accounts payable operations across multiple locations and legal entities. This candidate will process invoices, manage ACH and electronic payments, and ensure the accurate and timely execution of accounts payable functions while supporting a fast‑paced, evolving accounting team.

• Process ACH payments and online banking transactions.
• Manage accounts payable activities across multiple locations and legal entities.
• Review, verify, and process a high volume of vendor invoices.
• Ensure invoices are coded and approved accurately prior to payment.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and payment documentation.
• Support month‑end accounts payable activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely invoice processing and payment execution.
• Assist with process improvements and system‑related initiatives within the accounts payable function.

• 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Bilingual Spanish and English.
• Experience processing ACH payments and online banking transactions.
• Experience working in a high‑volume accounts payable environment.
• Experience processing 600–700+ invoices weekly.
• Experience working in a manual invoice processing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review invoices critically.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and legal entities preferred.
• Experience with Quick Books preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be able to work fully onsite.

Compensation will be determined based on a range that considers skill set, experience, training, licensure and certifications, office location, and other business and organizational needs.
