Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, Summer Seasonal
The Campground Office Clerk serves as an informational resource for campground guests and is responsible for guest registration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAdditional duties may be assigned. Management retains the discretion to change or add to the duties of this position at any time.
- Smile and treat guests with friendliness and respect
- Assist guests with registration, ticketing, and checkout processes as needed
- Provide guests with general information regarding the Campground and SMP activities, directions & venues, when requested
- Resolve guest complaints and problems professionally and friendly
- Maintain clean working environment at all times.
- Office clerks should also have a basic knowledge of Campground Store POS procedures
- All other duties as assigned

- Must understand, read, write and speak the English language
- Must be able to maintain a good working relationship with coworkers
- Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have excellent communication skills and sense of appropriateness to converse with employees and guests
- Must speak clearly and professionally when communicating by radio or phone with campground maintenance employees
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Must possess a high attention to detail to identify and solve money discrepancies
- Must possess an excellent teamwork ethic, but must also be able to work independently without constant supervision
- Must be able to handle stress well and solve problems quickly
- Must be willing to help guests at all times in a courteous and professional manner
- High School diploma or equivalent education required
- Customer service experience preferred
