• Develop precise 2D and 3D models for metal expansion joints and related support assemblies.
• Generate general arrangement layouts, detailed fabrication drawings, and production‑ready documentation.
• Use engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, and similar platforms to create accurate and efficient designs.
• Work cross‑functionally with engineering teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure design feasibility and project alignment.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams by resolving design‑related queries and issues during production.
• Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards and meeting project timelines.

• Associate’s degree in Drafting, Design, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and Solid Works.
• High attention to detail with effective organizational and time management capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively address design challenges.
• Eagerness to learn and advance within industrial design and engineering applications. Prior experience in designing or analyzing metal expansion joints or similar mechanical components preferred.
• Exposure to stress analysis tools and a solid understanding of engineering principles related to industrial mechanical systems preferred.
