• Hands‑on experience with Samsung USM (Unified Service Manager) and/or Samsung WFM (Wireless Field Manager)
• Strong knowledge of 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) architecture and wireless network operations
• Experience supporting Small Cell deployments, commissioning, validation, and troubleshooting
• Field operations experience supporting live wireless network deployments and service restoration
• Ability to independently manage an assigned market with minimal supervision

We are seeking an experienced Technical Systems Engineer III to support a large-scale 5G wireless deployment program focused on Small Cell network expansion and operational support. This hybrid role combines remote network monitoring with field‑based troubleshooting and deployment activities across the Atlanta market. The engineer will work closely with Local Network Operations teams to deploy, validate, troubleshoot, and maintain Samsung-based 5G RAN infrastructure while ensuring high network availability and operational performance.

The ideal candidate is a self‑driven wireless engineer capable of independently managing an assigned market and resolving complex production network issues.

• Support deployment, testing, validation, and activation of Samsung-based 5G Small Cell Radio Units (SRUs) across the assigned market
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues using Samsung USM and/or Samsung WFM while restoring impacted or out‑of‑service sites
• Partner with Local Network Operations teams, field technicians, and third‑party vendors to perform hardware replacement, fault isolation, and service restoration
• Support scheduled software deployments, maintenance activities, and network upgrades while maintaining accurate operational documentation
• Travel throughout the assigned market to perform field operations, validate network performance, and ensure reliable wireless service delivery
