Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time


Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. Your role involves implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve their social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

The RBT will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA, implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans, collaborating with families, documenting progress, supporting clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions, and conducting structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.

Experience:

Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities is required. Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques, ability to work effectively with children and adolescents, and experience in special education or behavioral health are a plus. Knowledge of medical documentation and care plans is also beneficial. Join us to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with autism.
