Talpa Supermercados is seeking a motivated and technology-driven IT Operations & Infrastructure Intern to support day-to-day IT operations across our corporate office and retail store locations. This internship provides hands‑on experience in a real‑world retail technology environment, exposing candidates to networking, Microsoft 365 administration, POS systems, infrastructure projects, cybersecurity initiatives, and technical support operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys solving problems, and wants practical experience supporting technology that directly impacts business operations.

- Learn network documentation and topology management.
- Participate in store technology deployments.
- Assist with user account setup.
- Support Teams, Outlook, One Drive, and SharePoint administration.
- Help maintain user and device records.
- Assist with POS equipment setup and troubleshooting.
- Support store technology rollouts.
- Help verify device and system functionality during store visits.
- Assist with IT projects and technology upgrades.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Help track IT assets and inventory.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Networking.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Desire to learn and grow in an IT career.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, networking concepts, helpdesk environments, retail technology, and POS systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Office-based with occasional store visits.
- Hands‑on learning environment.
