Located in Stone Mountain, GA.

We provide end-to-end medical transportation as well as fire services, integrated healthcare solutions and disaster response.
This position encompasses various disciplines of customer support surrounding logistics.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES- Logistics & Shipping
- As directed by Operations compiles parts, product and equipment for delivery.
- Processes mail in an efficient and timely manner.
- Packages and ships non‑aviation parts and products in compliance with hazardous regulations, health & safety guidelines, and ensures integrity of product to prevent damage and loss of product.
- Schedules movement and delivery of company assets.
- Identifies product storage issues and unsafe practices.
- Maintains service records for company fleet vehicles.
- Obtains state inspections and vehicle licenses or renewals for company fleet vehicles.
- Delivers and picks up company vehicles from repair shop.
- Maintains records of miles driven and vehicle maintenance.
- Collects AOG tracking data.
- Moves invoices into folders by region.
- Procedures
- Adheres to the processes and procedures.
- Identifies improvements to the processes and procedures.
- Financial Responsibilities
- Validates that pricing charged on invoices is valid and correct against quotes and contracts.
- Protects and handles inventory items in a manner that minimizes damage and loss.
- Acts in a manner that provides best use of company resources and reduces expense.
- Allocates time to reduce payroll expenses associated with overtime payroll.
- Safety
- Ensures the safety and quality of all parts and services purchased.
- Attends and actively participates in monthly Department Safety Meetings.
- Provides opportunities for continuous improvements as part of the safety team, upholding the company’s Safety Management System.
- Personal Management
- Balances work duties and makes best use of time.
- Performs duties in a manner as to not misuse company assets or property.
- Achieves personal goals established by reporting manager and supports the goals established for the department.
- Adheres to the Company Code of Conduct and works to achieve a team environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at a minimum, intermediate preferred.
Education:
- High school education or equivalent.
Skills:
- Supply Chain basics preferred.
