Adjust glue machinery to fit the particular style of carton being processed and oversee production;
Maintain machinery at optimum speed and troubleshoot malfunctions;
Supervise and train crew on gluer machinery, including feeder/catcher as needed;
Perform maintenance on gluer machinery (greasing, oiling, cleaning, bearing and belt replacement) and record quality and production data in SAP and Ignition systems;
Assist with labeling per customer specs and assist teammates in troubleshooting problems
