Under direct supervision, the person in this position works in a variety of manufacturing jobs as needed.
- Interprets basic wiring diagrams, pictorials, wiring schematics, written and verbal instructions to assemble electrical components and units in a production environment.
- Places components in electric box or unit in accordance with provided documentation.
- Reconciles pick list to work order and kit parts.
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Able to identify electrical components.
- Developing ability to read and interpret basic electrical diagrams and components.
- Developing skills with wire gauges, electrical connectors, terminals, tape measure, squares, hand tools and electrical tools.
- Frequently moves and positions equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary position.
Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between$/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
