What Drives Success
Under general direction, fabricates, cuts, and brazes pipes based on general specifications to carry refrigerants.
- Fabricates pipe systems of various shapes, sizes, and pressures.
- Ensures proper placement and alignment according to general blueprints and instructions.
- Brazes fabricated pipes to make the specified product work as designed.
- Performs a variety of assembly, fabrication, production, and operator tasks.
- Expert brazing knowledge.
- Able to look at a general diagram and determine fabrication needs to make product work as engineered.
- Expert knowledge of data charts, specification diagrams, and work orders.
- Requires precision control and dexterity.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Must have completed any skills related training and/or passed any skills tests required for this level.
- A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation: This is an hourly non‑exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $27.65– $29.85/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
