Job Summary: The position is responsible for driving a Forklift/PIT (Power Industrial Trailer) to load and unload trailers, ensuring movement of raw and packaging materials and finished products from Warehouse to Production, pulling and verifying orders, receiving shipments, checking deliveries of product from trailer, and performing other tasks assigned by supervisor, manager, or group leader.

Core

Job Responsibilities:

• Pull orders in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Load trailers, ensuring optimum space utilization and maintaining accurate loading documents.
• Receive shipments coming into the warehouse; check deliveries for authorization, correctness, and damage.
• Maintain a constant count and visual inspection of product to ensure the correct product and number is received.
• Maintain a daily, clean and proper appearance of product.
• Sweep walk and drive aisles daily to maintain a clean warehouse.
• Repackage damaged product as needed.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and turned in to the warehouse office.
• Sweep and mop warehouse.
• Carry and dump trash cans, maximum weight 50 pounds.
• Perform preventive maintenance checklist on the forklifts.
• Participate in the training of new employees.
• Perform additional assignments and/or special projects that may require physical activity beyond those required functions of the job.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, keeping a clean work area at all times.
• Adhere to all GMP, food safety, HACCP and SQF process requirements; report any non‑compliance to Management or the SQF practitioner immediately.
• Follow Win Cup OPERA Values, safety initiatives, and other related plant standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Follow directives from STM leadership, managers, supervisors to sustain productivity and target levels.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures, including manufacturing and safety policies, are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with plant and safety leadership.
• Complete mandated new manufacturing training on equipment to maximize output efficiencies.
• Support all current and new product introductions.

Education and

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Previous warehousing experience preferred.
• Mathematical knowledge.
• Basic PC skills including Excel and web‑based applications for Fed Ex, UPS and label printing.
• Ability to speak, read and write English to complete job‑specific paperwork.
• Ability to work independently and function as a team member.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Availability to work mandatory overtime, early morning, late evenings and weekends when required during busy season, inventory, and for vacation coverage.

Physical Demands:

• In indoor manufacturing environment that is not air‑conditioned.
• Wear PPE: hairnet, hearing protection and safety glasses with side guards.
• May work 8‑hour shift beginning at 9 a.m. for daytime shift.
• Required to work weekdays, weekends and overtime as needed.

Working Conditions:

• Work 8‑shift while standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, grasping and lifting throughout the entire shift.
• Requires manual movement of cases of finished goods and other objects up to 40 pounds.
