Win Cup is seeking a Lead Production Equipment Operator for the DAYS shift at our Stone Mountain, GA facility. You will oversee the shift Production Equipment Operators, ensuring safety, GMP compliance, and production targets are met while minimizing scrap.
You will mentor PEOs, coordinate with shift supervisor, and drive continuous improvement on cup machines, handling equipment, testers and baggers. Strong mechanical ability and English proficiency are required; late/ weekend OT possible.
