• Current, active RN licensure
• Minimum of one year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Competency in crisis management and prioritizing urgent patient needs
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals presenting with urgent and emergent conditions
• Rapidly triage, assess, and monitor patients, initiating interventions as needed
• Collaborate closely with physicians, techs, and other health staff to optimize care delivery
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions when appropriate
• Uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards throughout the patient’s ER stay
