Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-Time Hospice & Home Visit Clinic Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a part‑time capacity
, supporting both hospice care and clinic‑based home site visits

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in hospice and home settings

• Initiate and maintain IV therapy, including medication administration
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and care teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and care techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safety standards

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State]
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience (home health or hospice preferred)
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Wound care management
  • IV insertion and therapy
