We’re growing fast and have an immediate opening for a dedicated, goal-driven Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our residential communities (+500 units). This leadership role offers the chance to build a high-performing team, maximize financial performance, and help create a thriving environment for residents and staff.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of the community’s operations, including leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and compliance.
- Build & Lead a Team: Hire, train, and mentor on-site staff to foster collaboration, accountability, and a culture of excellence.
- Budgeting & Financial Performance: Develop and execute the property’s financial plan, operating budget, and rent strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Maximize Occupancy: Set competitive market rent levels, optimize renewal strategies, and oversee marketing initiatives to maintain high occupancy and resident retention.
- Asset Management: Collaborate on property performance decisions and capital improvement projects to protect and enhance the asset.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with housing regulations, company policies, and local/state/federal laws.
- 5+ years of experience in on-site property management, preferably in multifamily housing
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- Proficiency in property management software (preferably Onesite), Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Strategic mindset with problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Marketing experience to help drive leasing and retention efforts
- Bilingual in Spanish & English desired (or required
